(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary rules after taking the opinion of the Bank to implement the purpose of this Act. Rules may be made on all or any of the following matters :-

(a) Regarding the manner of issue of bonds,

(b) Regarding repayment period, terms and facilities of bonds,

p>(c) about the method of listing the different forms and methods of bonds issued by the government of Nepal,

(d) about the method and form of payment of interest on bonds,

(e) copy of the bond Regarding the terms and conditions of giving,

(f) About the method, conditions and procedures for doing the work according to section 17,

(g) About notarizing the documents related to the bond,

(h) About operating a bond account on behalf of the owner of the bond who cannot read or write,

(i) About the condition, manner and condition of allowing to see the account, documents related to the bond,

(j) About the method of nominating bondholders,

(k) about nominating custodians,

(l) about primary and secondary market management of bonds, and

( d) About any other work that needs to be done for the smooth running of the work to be done according to this Act.
